12 large eggs1 cup turkey sausage crumbles1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Break 12 eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Spoon sausage crumbles into each muffin tin opening. Cover with egg mixture. Sprinkle cheese over each muffin. Bake in the over for 20-25 minutes. The egg should rise over the top and have no liquid on the top. Serve warm or room temperature. Store leftovers in the fridge and microwave for 30 seconds to reheat.
