Charro Beans (Mexican BeanSoup)

Ingredients
2.5 cups Pinto Beans1.5 bunches Cilantro, choppedlarge Yellow Onion, chopped4 cubes Chicken Bouillon6 cups Water10 slices Hormel Black Label Bacon1 can Great Value Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced1 Tbs garlic powder1 Tbs onion powder1 Tbs cumin1 Tbs chili powder
Directions
Put beans in hot water and ring to a boil. Remove from stove top and let beans sit in water for 1 hour. Drain and rinse beans and add back to pot. Add all other ingredients to pot. Add salt (I use garlic salt) and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 hours, or until the beans are fully cooked.
