Ingredients
4 cups raw black beans, boiled ahead and cooled3 cups frozen, thawed sweet corn kernels1 cup sweet red bell pepper, chopped1/4-1/2 cup celantro, chopped and depending on tasteThis recipe is ment to be refreshing, simple, colorful, and tasty. Beans: cook approx: 45min; chill prior to preparing.The jars of salad will stay in frig. unspoiled for approx: 3 or 4 weeks. Use prepaired canning jars for longer use. It is so good that you will eat it up very quickly!
Directions
Boil black beans only for approxamately 45-55 min. and chill before assembling.
