Big Basic Salad

Ingredients
3 cups of your favorite greens6 cherry tomatoes6 slices of cucumber5 white mushrooms6 strips green pepper1/4 tbsp flax seeds
Directions
Slice or chop your veggies however you like them. Toss 'em on your plate-- or if you're fancy, in a bowl. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the top (this isn't included in the nutritional count). Nosh!

This serves one big plate of yummo salad.
