Crispy Buffalo Tenders

Ingredients
Directions
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Buffalo Wing Sauce -just enough to lightly coat chicken breastShake 'n Bake Crispy Buffalo, 1 serving (remove)
Cut chicken breast in strips
Toss in buffalo wing sauce
Place in bag and Shake Crispy Buffalo shake and bake onto chicken finger.
I use my foreman grill to cook tenders for about 7 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
If baking. Preheat oven to 350 and cook about 25 minutes on a pan.
Use low fat dressing to dip in if desired (not added to calorie counter)
