Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
1/2 Pint Fat Free Sour Cream1 Medium Onion Chopped2 Cans Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast (drained and shredded)1 Cup Kraft, Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese1 tbsp parsley1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp chili powder1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper8 Ole Mexican Foods XTREME Wellness High Fiber, Low Carb Tortilla Wraps (1 package)1 can Old El Paso Mild Enchilada Sauce3/4 cup reduced fat four cheese mexican blend ( I used Target/market pantry version at 80 cal per 1/4 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In medium skillet over medium heat mix first nine ingredients until cheese melts.
Place equal amounts of mixture into tortilla shells, roll, and place in a 9x13 baking dish
cover with can of enchilada sauce then sprinkle with 3/4 cup reduced fat mexican blend cheese
place in oven and bake for 20 min
Allow enchiladas to cool for 10 min before serving.
