Tuna Burger Melt

Ingredients
4 6oz canns solid white tuna, drained1/2 C Italian seasoned breadcrumbs2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/4 C finely chopped onion1/4 C finely chopped celery1 Tbsp parsley
Directions
in large bowl, conbine tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, celery, parsley andpepper. Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts and forn into patties. refrigerate for at least 30 mins

heat a large skillet over medium high heat. spray with cooking spray and brown tuna patties, about 3 mins per side. Transfer to a preheated 350 degree oven untill completely warmed through, about 10-15 mins. top with a slice of cheese during last min.

layer with lettuce and tomato slices on a bun if desired.
