1 can Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup1 pound Leanest Ground Beef1 Medium tomato chopped1/2 medium onion chopped1 head lettuce1 cup Reduced fat sour cream6 Whole Wheat Tortillas1 cup non fat milk
1) Mix nacho cheese and milk in a saucepan and heat slowly so it doesnt burn.
2) Prepare all veggies
3) Brown ground beef and drain
4) Warm tortilllas in a skillet or in the microwave, micowave makes them chewy though. Scoop in 2 oz of ground beef, add 1 tbsp nacho cheese sauce, add 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup tomatoes, roll and enjoy.

We loved this, even my 7 year old asked me to make it again, I could not find the nacho cheese soup so I used cheddar cheese soup and added about half a cup of salsa to it..I think it pretty much tasted the same way the soup may have. Has lots of taste and there is alot of room to change taste. - 1/16/08
