Ingredients
1 14.75 oz can pink salmon 2 tbsp bread crumbs2 egg whitesnon stick spray1/2 tsp each: onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne powder or crushed red pepper flakes(optional)
Directions
beat egg whites
add seasonings and bread crumbs
remove skin and bones from salmon
finely flake and asdd to egg white mixture
form into 7 1/4 cup patties
set aside while heating pan sprayed with non stick spray
cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes on each side til golden brown and heated thru
