TUNA FRIED WITH TOMATOES

Ingredients
1 can tuna chunk light in water (6oz)1 tbsp Carnola Oil3 small tomatoes1 small onion (sliced thinly).5 tsp salt
Directions
Open can of tuna, drain and add a squeeze of lime juice
slice tomatoes and onion
Heat Carnola oil in saucepan
Put in tomatoes and onion for 1 minute
Add tuna and sprinkle salt
Stir for another 2 minutes
Serve Hot
