Ingredients
3# HoneySuckle White ground turkey 85/152 medium egg whites1/2 capful Mrs. Dash Herb & onion spice2 tbsp chopped raw onion1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 Cup Italian Seasoning Blend1 Roma Tomato, diced fine
Directions
mix all ingredients together, shaped into (12) 40z raw patties. Spray frying pan (or grill grates if you cook them outside) and fry until internal temp reaches 160-165.

Adding cheese afterwards will increase the nutrient values.

Serving Size: (12) 4oz burgers (4oz before cooked)
