Beef and red potaoe vindaloo

Ingredients
10 oz cooked roast6 medium red potatoes1 packet Sukhi's vindaloo curry sauce1 C water
Directions
Chop beef and potatoes into manageable chunks, add curry sauce and water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked and sauce thickens (about 30 minutes). Serves 2.
