Turkey Salad

16 oz. Turkey breast meat shredded in food processor.scant half cup of Hellmann's light mayonnaisecelery seed (to taste - 1 T) fresh celery ground up is even betterdill weed (to taste - 1/2 t)1/4 cup onion finely chopped 1/4 cup parsleysalt and pepper to taste.
Grind up your left-over turkey, while grinding add your onion, parsley, celery seed and dill weed.
Put in a medium size bowl, large enough for stirring.
Add the mayonnaise.
I made my rather dry - to limit the fat and calories. A tomato on the sandwich added some moisture.
Blend together, add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy a 1/4 cup on your favorite bread for a sandwich.
