Pasta with Ham, Peas and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup light sour cream10 ounces frozen peas, thawed8 ounces uncooked bowtie pasta4 ounces lean boneless ham, thinly sliced1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, divided1 tablespoon taragonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package, reseving 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Fold in the sour cream, peas, ham, 3/4 cup of cheese and tarragon. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and fresh tarragon.
