Chicken and Chorizo

chicken- 1 breast,chorizo- 1 link or tubeonion- .75 cblack beans- .5 c tomatoes chopped- .5 c, cilantro, cumin, cayanne pepper, black pepper and salt to taste
Bake chicken breast in the oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile in a large pot, begin cooking the chorizo. When it begins to brown, add onion and cook 3-5 minutes longer. Add tomatoes, black beans and spices. When the chicken is done, chop finely or chop with a food processor. Add chicken to the chorizo mixture. Remove from heat and add cilantro. Serve inside a tortilla or on a salad.
