Cucumber Salad w/Cider Vinegar

Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 7 cup, sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)Celery seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Peel and slice cukes. Chop Onion and pepper, add to cukes. Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and 1 tbsp kosher salt. Pour mixture over vegetables and let sit in the fridge for an hour or two.
