1 whole wheat tortilla1.5 tbsp lowfat cream cheese1 appleCinnamon or other flavoring (optional)
Spread cream cheese on tortilla.
Slice apples into thin slices and lay on top.
Fold over like a quesadilla and cut into wedges.
There is a lot of apple so I eat the rest on the side. Sprinkle on cinnamon if you want! Tastes good heated too.
