Roasted Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepper1 orange bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 medium onionMrs Dash lemon and herbMrs Dash garlic and herbMrs Dash Original blend
Directions
Chop all peppers and onions making sure to remove white membrains from peppers. Mist on Coconut oil. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash seasonings as you like. mix all peppers and onions.
Place in a roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 450 turning peppers and onions 1/2 way through cooking time.
