Meatless Chili

Ingredients
2/3 Cup Morningstar Crumbles1/2 Cup Stewed Tomatoes1/4 Cup Kidney Beans1/4 Cup Diced Onions1/4 Tbsp Chili SeasoningOptional:1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese1 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
While microwaving the morningstar crumbles for 30 seconds, begin sauteeing the onions in a greased pot. Add crumbles to onions once they look like they are partly cooked. Let heat for 5 minutes and add tomatoes. Let simmer for a few minutes while adding chili mix, chili powder, pepper, or any additional seasonings to taste. Stir in kidney beans, let heat, and enjoy!

Top off with Mozarella Cheese and or Sour Cream for additional flavor!
