Spinach Breadcrumb Omlet

Ingredients
EggEgg WhiteSpinachOnionSeasoned Breadcrumbs
Directions
Use a non stick pan and cook onions until translucent
Add spinach and cook until withered
In a separate bowl combine eggs & eggwhites and seasoned breadcrumbs
Slowly add cooked spinach/onions to breadcrumb/egg mixture
Make sure pan is hot
Pour mixture into pan and let it cook until you are able to flip it easily
Flip to other side and serve hot or cold

Serving Size: Makes 1 large omlet
