Seashell Macaroni & Cheese Caserole

Ingredients
8 oz seashell pasta1 lb ground beef1 can tomato soup1 can cream of mushroom soup8 oz sour cream1/2 Oniontopping:shredded cheddar cheese; (use LOTS)
Directions
Brown, scramble and drain ground beef, set aside. Cook seashell pasta as instructed on box, drain and set aside. Mix soups (do NOT add 1 can water for the soups) and sour cream together. Mix in ground beef. Place pasta on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with soup & beef mixture. Sprinkle with onion. Top GENEROUSLY with shredded cheese. Bake on 350 until cheese is hot and bubbly (about 30 minutes or so, when the cheese begins to brown a little around the edges is perfect).
