Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, grated1 English Cucumber, grated3 large Carrots, grated3-4 Scallions, cut in small pieces Dressing3/4 cup Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar2 Tbs. SugarDill (optional)
Directions
Grate cabbage, cucumber and carrots in food processor. Place in LARGE bowl. Cut in scallions.
In separate bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar and dill. Mix well. Add to veggies and enjoy!
