Baked Eggs Florentine

Ingredients
1/2 cup wilted, chopped spinach100 grams ham, diced4 eggs30 grams feta (or cheese of choice such as provolone)1/4 cup chopped red peppersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly grease a SMALL casserole dish. Sprinkle in ham, peppers and spinach. Break eggs open and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese and black pepper. (and salt if desired)
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
