Homemade chicken and brown rice soup

Ingredients
2 cups of water2 tsp of chicken bouillon2 cups of vegetable broth (organic)1 cup of frozen corncan of sliced carrots1 can of cream of chicken (healthy choice)2 cups of shredded leftover roasting chicken1 cup of brown rice
Directions
Through all ingredients in a soup pot, stir then bring to a boil for 10-15mins.
