Spaghetti Squash With Vegi Marinara and Chicken Italian Sausage

Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 9 small (remove)*Summer Squash, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove)Chicken Italian Sausage with Mozarella, 2 serving (remove)*Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)(1/2c), 2 serving (remove)
Stir fry all vegi's, except spaghetti squash, in skillet. Then ad halved and sliced sausage. Stir fry for a 15 minutes longer. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave Spaghetti Squash, half at a time, in a bowl with 2 inches of water, covered in plastic wrap, for 11 minutes each. Use fork to shred squash, to mimic spaghetti. Put 1/4 (1 cup) of the squash on plate. Top with 1/4 of Vegi mix from skillet. Top with grated parmesean. Enjoy
