8 Slices of Cocktail size bread 8slices of smoked salmon 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp dill , chopped ˝ lime juice and zest 1 cucumber , thinly sliced lengthwise Garnish: Thinly sliced lime or lemon zest.
Spoon the mayonnaise into a medium bowl, add dill, lime zest and lime juice. Mix well and spread it evenly on the bread using the back of your spoon. Place some sliced cucumbers on the bread followed by a slice of smoked salmon. Slice the lemon zest very thin and sprinkle over the top.
