Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
1/4 cup of fresh zuchinni and/or squash1/4 cup of fresh eggplant1/4 cup of fresh onion1 medium sweet bell peperolive oil
Directions
Take out a bowl and add 1/4 cup or less of olive oil. You may add a touch of pepper. Cut up veggies and add it to the bowl of olive oil. Stir. Place it on a grill pan and grill on low, flipping the veggies. Enjoy!
