Warm Zucchini Dip

Ingredients
2 cups fresh zucchini, shredded1 tsp salt1/2 light may1/2 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup Parmesan cheese1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped1 garlic clove minced4 green onions, minced1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Directions
In a bowl toss zucchini and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Drain and press out excess liquid. Mix in rest of the ingredients, and stir until combined. Pour into a greased (cooking spray) 8 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with hot pita chips for dipping (not included in calculations)
