2 servings Egg Beaters 1 Tbsp Hershey Cocoa--I use Special dark 2 packs of Stevia or your favorite no calorie sweetner almonds(optional)
Mix in a bowl until well blended a few minutes you will tell when it comes together. Pour into a large microwave proof mug that has been sprayed with Butter Pam spray.
Microwave on medium power for one minute, stir and place on medium for an additional minute and check when it is done it will spring at the top with no remaining liquid at the bottom. I like to eat it warm with a few almonds pieces on the top.
