Potatoes O'Brien Breakfast Casserole

1 package frozen Potatoes O'brien, thawed1 pound roll of breakfast sausage browned and crumbled1 cup, more or less, shredded sharp cheddar cheese8 eggs, beaten1 cup of milk
Lightly spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Cover bottom evenly with potatoes. Top with cooked, crumbled sausage, then cheese. I like to mix the cheese into the potato-sausage just so it's not laying on the top in layers, but gets down into the potatoes and sausage. Add the milk to the eggs in a separate bowl and beat until well-mixed. Pour over the Potato-sausage-cheese.
Bake uncovered for about an hour or until the eggs are firm and the casserole holds together.
