General Tao Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup chicken broth1 1/2 tbls cornstarch2 tbls sugar2 tbls soy sauce1 tbls white wine vinegar1/2 tsp ground ginger2 tsp cooking oil2 med. scallions, chopped2 med. garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, chopped2 cups white rice, cooked
Directions
1) In medium bowl, whisk broth, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Set aside
2) Heat oil in frying pan. Add scallions, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook
until brown all over (approx. 5 minutes).
3) Add Reserved sauce and simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is coked thoroughly (approx. 3 minutes)
