Grilled Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
1 8" flour tortilla2 oz mozzarella cheese1/8 Cup pizza sauce or to your taste7 slices hormel pepperoniThis is a plain pizza but you can add any vegetables you choose for toppings.
Directions
Preheat grill, slide pizza carefully onto grill (we use the top part so it does not burn). Cook pizza for a few minutes to heat toppings and melt cheese. Cooking the tortilla longer creates a crispier crust.

Can also be made in a toaster oven.

One of my kids favorites.
