Blueberry/Rhubarb Pie (Serving = 1/8 of pie)

Ingredients
1 c. Sugar2 c. Rhubarb, diced or chopped2 c. Blueberries1/3 c. Flour1-1/2 Tbsp. Butter1 9-inch pie crust of your choice (frozen or ready-to-eat or homemade all work great)
Directions
Cook (on stove top) rhubarb, berries, and sugar until fruit is soft. Add flour. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 425-degrees for 15 minutes, then back at 350-degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one 9" pie. One serving = 1/8th of pie.
