Cream Soda (Chilled), 3 Bottles or Cans, Preferably clear or brown (Not the red cream soda)Cool Whip, 2 cupsButterscotch or Caramel topping, 1 cup Butter unsalted, 3 Tbsp
Combine Butterscotch/Caramel topping and butter in small bowl. Microwave about 30 seconds or until butter is melted, then stir, and let cool. In a separate bowl, take about 2 Tbsp of butterscotch mixture and combine with whipped cream, then set aside. In a pitcher, pour remaining butterscotch mixture, then add the chilled cream soda. Serve in individual glasses and top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream mixture. Serve immediately and do not store.
