Ingredients
2 stalks of celery1 bag baby carrots4 small russet potatoeschicken stock cubewater to cover vegetablesseasoning salt to taste
Directions
Cut up 4 small russet potatoes and 2 stalks of celery and add to a 1 pound bag of carrots (cut into pieces or baby carrots)

Slow cooker for about 3 hours. Add seasoning salt and a chicken bouliion cube.
