1 Cup Buckwheat Pancake Mix (Hodgson Mill or other)1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce2/3 Cup skim milkadd spices to taste (cinnamon, ginger, etc.)
Directions
Cook pancakes on hot griddle; cook waffles on hot waffle iron. Use cooking spray to prevent sticking.
