Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles

1 - 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed1 medium banana1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt2 - 3 tablespoons Hodgson Mill Flax Seed2 - 3 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Wheat Germ1/2 cup (or so) Trop50 Raspberry Lemonade, for sweetness and consistency
Let strawberries sit out in a bowl for about 15 minutes to soften.
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds (I filled 4 molds with this mix), and freeze approx 4-6 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 1 large breakfast shake OR 4 popsicles
