Turkey Beef Meatloaf

1 pound lean ground turkey1 pound Laura's lean ground beef1/3 cup unsweetened ketchup2 slices of Aunt Millies Crunchy Oat bread, dried3/4 cup water2 eggs1 package Lipton's Beef Onion Soup mix
Dry 2 slices of Aunt Millie's Crunchy Oat bread or any high fiber bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Next day, crumb the bread.
Mix the two meats together in a large bowl.
Beat the eggs.
Work into meat ;mixture.
Add bread crumbs, ketchup, soup mix, and water.
Mix all very well.
Use a 1/3 cup to measure mixture into muffin pan.
If your pan is 12 servings, flatten the remaining 4 servings and freeze raw to use later.
Bake at 360 degrees for one hour.
Makes 16 meatloaf muffins.
