Simple Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 can chicken or veggie broth4 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)1 cup salsa1 tsp ground Ccmin1/4 can sweet corn
Directions
Add broth, 3 cans black beans, salsa, and cumin to a blender, pure until thick and smooth. Transfer to a pot and add 1 can of whole black beans and corn. Simmer until hot. Top with low fat sour cream.
