VERY HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS: TUNA WITH CRACKERS

1/2 onion1 tomato1 can of tuna in water1/3 cup of lemon juiceparsley ( amount needed)salt Pepper10 crackers ( wheat ) OPTIONAL: sour cream ( not counted in recipe)
Drain the tuna and add it in a bowl
Chop the onion and tomatoe and also add it in the bowl
Add the lemon juice
Add parsley salt and peper
Add the Tuna on top of crackers and enjoy!
you can also eat it with whole wheat bread like a sandwhich!
