1/2 cup ground flax seed1 1/2 cups cold water
Put water and ground flax seed in small pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Cool. Keep in a closed jar in the refrigerator and use in baking recipes, substituting 1 T for every egg.
