Jen's Mom's Italian Chicken

1 large chicken breast1 cup Italian Style bread crumbs2 eggs1 cup flourPreferred cooking oil
Use a small amount of preferred cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Crack eggs into bowl and whip. Put flour in a bowl and bread crumbs in another bowl.
Dip raw chicken into eggs, then into flour.
Dip floured chicken bag into eggs, and then roll in bread crumbs. Once covered, place into pan. Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
Cook until browned on both sides and until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Voila!
