Sweet Potato Fries (Baked)

2 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled, washed, dried1TBSP Olive Oil1/4-1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut prepared sweet potatoes into 1/4" strips. Place olive oil and pepper in a large ziploc bag, then add potato strips and seal bag. Shake to coat all potatoes evenly.
Place potato strips in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Turning the fries halfway of cooking time will produce the most consistent browning.
