Chicken and Black Bean soup

Ingredients
3 tsp garlic, mincedmed. onion, chopped1 tb canola or vegetable oil6 cups chicken broth2 chicken leg quarters, cooked, chopped1.5 cups black beans2 cans stewed tomatoes1 package taco seasoning1 bunch cilantro, chopped6 oz shredded low fat Mexican cheese, shredded
Directions
Saute the onion, garlic, and oil until the onions are translucent.
Add all other ingredients except cilantro and cheese.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
Garnish with cilantro and cheese before serving.
