Kat's Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 chopped onion (medium)2 cans Kidney beans (rinsed & drained)1 can rotel diced tomatoes w/ chilies1 can tomato sauce, no salt added3 cloves garlic, minced/chopped2 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp cumin seed2 cup water
Directions
brown ground beef with onion
meanwhile add next 8 ingredients in crockpot
then add browned ground beef & onion
cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

Top w chopped onion & cheddar cheese if you like (don't forget to add the extra calories on though)

Serving Size: makes 8 one cup servings
