Frittata with cauliflower

Ingredients
Canola oilCauliflowerNew potatoesCherry tomatoes4 eggsMilkParmesan cheese
Directions
Saute cauliflower in canola oil, add cooked in microwave potatoes and sliced tomatoes. Mix eggs, milk, Parmesan and add this mix to veggies. Leave on a stove for 1 minute, transfer to heated to 375F oven and bake for 15 minutes.
