Oven Fried Cornflake Chicken

Ingredients
2 cups cornflakes0.5 cups flour3 eggs2 tbs. canola oilsalt & pepper to taste1 chicken breast 3 chicken thighs5 chicken legs
Directions
crush cornflakes in a freezer bag, add the flour to the bag. Put oil on bottom of baking dish. Preheat oven 450. Run chicken pieces through eggs, then through mixture, place in cooking dish. Cook on 450 for 40 minutes, flip all pieces, cook another 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
