Directions
boil cailiflower till semi-soft
remove from water -add to blender or food processor,add "fake butter and seosonings to taste

    I can't believe it's not butter spray does have calories and fat. For every spray there's like .9 calories and fat. But I never thought of adding garlic. This sounds good. - 5/15/12
