Balsamic Veggie Bean Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup cooked whole grain penne pasta (such as Barilla)1 cup canned black beans (such as no salt added Kuner's)2 tsp garliccooking spray1 cup cubed raw sweet potato1 cup chopped broccoli2 celery stalks, chopped2 medium carrots, chopped2 medium tomatoes, chopped2 scallions (green onions), chopped1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese4 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Coat a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook sweet potato about five minutes. Add broccoli and garlic; cook for another two minutes. Add celery, carrots, and scallions; cook another two minutes. Add tomatoes, pasta, and balsamic dressing and cook one minute more. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
