Easy Summer Stew and Rice

Ingredients
1 Summer Squash1 Zucchini3 small tomatoes1 can plain tomato sauce2 links Al Fresco Italian style chicken sausage1 T Olive Oil1 cup white rice, uncooked (yields about two cups cooked)italian seasoningsalt and pepper
Directions
Cook rice as instructed. Slice sausage and saute in olive oil. Add squash and zucchini, sliced, and cook until brown. Add tomatoes, diced, and tomato sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
